Automotive
TPV, thermoplastic rubber PP compatible, are always more utilized in the automotive sector thanks to the low density of the product, to the consistency in time of its elastic-mechanical properties and mainly to the possibility of completely recycling of the waste.
Household appliances
TPV is resistant to detergents and organic fats even at high temperatures. These characteristics together with its elasticity are a very good reason for the replacement of vulcanized rubber.
Pipes
The high temperature resistance as well as the resistance to chemical agents make TPV the right compound for pipes manufacturing.
Glazing and sealing
TPV is a must for a field where good resilience, weatherability, elasticity at low temperatures as well, heat welding and resistance to vinyl paints are required.
TPV allows the co-extrusion with PP and other polyolefines.
Cables and gaskets
TPV has been approved for the production of external cables requiring a good electrical insulation and a very good resistance to UV and water.
TPV is also utilized for the production of gaskets for the electric sector.
Other application
Among other application, TPV finds a place into: steering wheels, trolley wheels and similar, knife handles and various tools.
